money flying away

recently, i had buy so many comic books. it is not an ordinary comic books that you buy at Datastation or any other major book store. this comic books or manga is SO hard to find. trust me, so hard indeed! you can find it if you're live in KL. plus, the cost is so darn EXPENSIVE. why? 'coz this manga being published in the US and because of it the cost selling in Malaysia is equal to in the US. some manga were sold at $9.99 US dollar which is equal to RM30++

okay, enough of the long term introduction...?

yesterday, i skipped school. yes, i skipped school! well, i have a reason why i skipped school. it is not like i wanted to but the day before yesterday my dad asked me to go to KL, with the rest of the family and do u think that i will reject it? NO WAY!

hahaha. the power of excitement took over my whole body when i heard the words KLCC. i quickly took my wallet with me and plot a list to buy manga, lots and lots of MANGA ( i buy the cheap ones of course)!

when i arrived at Kinokuniya bookstore with my mother, i quickly told her that i'm going to the manga section.

searching and searching and still searching, i wonder "where's the heck is the manga that were published in Singapore?" ( the manga that were published in Singapore are really cheap compare to the US ones)

luckily, there's a staff nearby and i quickly asking her. she said that the manga that were published in Singapore can't be sold in Malaysia because they didn't have the permit to sold here (so all this while the manga were sold without the permit??). and right now, the Singapore publisher are trying to get the permit to sold those manga here, in Malaysia. right now, we have to wait until that time comes.

i was like "what the heck" thing. i looked at the Ouran High School Host Club manga and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles manga, you don't know how DISAPPOINTED i am. i thought that i can buy a lot of mangas since the Singaporean version were cheap. and then, because i really really wanted to read the Ouran High School Host Club manga Vol 13 and 14, for the first time ever, i bought the US version which are expensive! even though it were expensive, i enjoyed reading it and burst to laugh out loud when the funny part comes.
